Your Warranty Card is valid for 3 months from the activation date.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

– Hair must not be bleached, dyed, or chemically processed.

– Hair must not be cut, damaged, or otherwise altered (including vertical or horizontal cutting).

– An unboxing video is required upon delivery.

– Raw Hair Luxury reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any warranty claim.

Expired Warranty

Products submitted after the warranty period has expired are not eligible for coverage.

Chemical Processing

Warranty coverage is void if the hair has been bleached, colored, permed, relaxed, or chemically treated.

Product Alteration

Products that have been cut, restyled, customized, or otherwise modified are not eligible.

Unauthorized Repairs

Any repair or modification performed without prior approval from Raw Hair Luxury will void the warranty.

Third-Party Damage

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or modification by any third party is not covered.

– Warranty benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. The offer with the greatest value will apply.

– After your 3-month coverage expires, you may renew your Warranty Card to continue enjoying exclusive benefits.

– Renewal Fee: $25
